If the trip is canceled by the Travel Agent due to factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, and others, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule..

In cases of adverse weather conditions or closures of destinations that are beyond our control, the event schedule may be altered. Participants are not eligible for compensation or refunds of any fees paid.

Each room accommodates 2 participants; however, if there is an odd number of members, a third person will be added to a room utilizing an extra bed.

Guide selection cannot be requested, it will be organized by Travel.

For Overland Trip, such as Sumba, Kupang, Rote, or Flores, a deposit of IDR 1,500,000 per person is required, along with confirmation of the proof of tranfer via our official WhatsApp or email. And Full payment is due seven days before the tour.

For Sailing Trip/Hopping Island, such as Komodo Island and Raja Ampat, a deposit for Open Trip of IDR 2.000,000 per person, and for Private Trip/Boat Charter 35% per group total cost, is required, along with confirmation of the proof of tranfer via our official WhatsApp or email.

Payment for travel expenses related to Resort Upgrades must be completed 15 days prior to travel.

The travel agency reserves the right to use photos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.

If you upgrade to a resort for an overland trip and request meals at the resort, this will be considered a personal expense.

If participants cancel, there will be no refund of the deposit that has been paid. If you have made full payment and then suddenly cancel the trip, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

For Overland trip packages: Rescheduling of trips cannot be done within 4 days prior to departure.

For Sailing trip / Hopping Island : Rescheduling of trips cannot be done within 7 days prior to departure.
